    Competition Terms and Conditions 

    1. Promoter 

    This competition is conducted by Lisa Kay Allen t/as Freez Clothing Company (the ‘Promoter’). 2. Competition Period 

    The competition begins at 12:00 AM AEST on December 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on December 31, 2024. 

    1. Eligibility 
    • Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. ● Employees of Freez Clothing Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 
    1. How to Enter 
    • Place an order on the Freez.com.au website between December 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. 
    • Each order placed during the competition period counts as one (1) entry. ● There is no limit to the number of entries per person. 
    1. Prize 
    • One (1) winner will receive a $1500 credit to be used on Freez.com.au. ● The credit must be used within 12 months of issuance and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
    1. Winner Selection and Notification 
    • The winner will be drawn at random on January 1, 2025, and contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase. 
    1. Prize Conditions 
    • The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner only. 
    • The $1500 credit is to be used exclusively for any products listed on Freez.com.au. ● The credit cannot be used for postage costs or any associated costs related to the exchange of items. 
    • Any remaining credit after 12 months will be forfeited.
    1. Use of Personal Information 
    • Freez Clothing Company will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website. 
    1. General Conditions 
    • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. 
    • Freez Clothing Company is not responsible for technical or delivery issues that may affect entries.
