Freez “Win a $200 Voucher” Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Freez Clothing Australia (“Freez”)

  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees of Freez and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter
    Entry is free. To enter, participants must complete the entry form available via the official Freez website or social media promotion and provide a valid email address.
    By entering, participants consent to receive marketing emails from Freez. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

  4. Competition Period
    Entries open on 10 October 2025 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 October 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  5. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a $200 Freez Clothing voucher to be used online at www.freez.com.au.

    • The voucher is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be selected at random within five (5) business days after the Competition Period ends.
    The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Freez reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  7. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Freez Privacy Policy and solely for the purposes of conducting this competition and sending marketing communications (unless otherwise stated or legally required).

  8. General Conditions

    • Freez reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice.

    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Freez, which are final and binding.
