At Freez Clothing, we’re all about quality, comfort and long-lasting pieces you can wear on repeat. To help your garments stay looking and feeling their best, we recommend the following care instructions:

1. Washing Instructions

Cold Hand Wash:
For the gentlest care, especially for delicates and knitwear, we recommend washing your Freez pieces by hand in cold water. This helps maintain fabric integrity, colour and shape.

Gentle Machine Wash:
Prefer the machine? No worries - pop your garment into a delicates bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water. This helps prevent snagging and unnecessary wear.

2. Drying Instructions

Air Dry Only:
After washing, reshape your piece and lay it flat or hang it in the shade to dry. Avoid direct sunlight as it can fade colours and weaken fibres.
Do not tumble dry — the heat can shrink or damage our fabrics.

3. Special Care for Knitwear

Knitwear needs a little extra love. Avoid hanging knits when wet or dry, as this can cause stretching. Instead, gently reshape and lay flat to dry to keep your knits looking beautiful season after season.

4. Disclaimer

Freez Clothing is not responsible for damage caused by washing machines, laundry products or mishandling. This includes garments being caught in machines, colour transfer from other items, damage from bleach or brightening agents, or shrinkage caused by heat.

5. Extra Tips

• Cold Hand Soak: Ideal for delicate items and anything prone to snagging.

• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Stick to mild detergents without bleach, brighteners or enzymes.

• Separate Colours: Always wash darks and lights separately to avoid colour run.

• Ironing & Steaming: If needed, use a low heat setting or steam gently. Take extra care with delicate fabrics and knits.
