ETHICAL MANUFACTURING

Since the inception of Freez, ethical manufacturing
has been at the heart of everything we do. From day one, we have worked closely
with a family-run factory in Bali, a partnership that remains as strong today
as when we started. What began as a small team of just 10 workers has grown
into a thriving community of 80 skilled artisans, all of whom share our values
of quality, craftsmanship, and fairness.

We are proud to say that every piece of clothing we
create is made with care by people who are treated with respect and paid fairly
for their expertise. Our long-standing relationship with this family has
allowed us to ensure that every garment is produced in a safe, supportive
environment—one where growth and opportunity are celebrated.

At Freez, we believe in local communities. By working
with the same factory for so many years, we’ve been able to maintain the
highest ethical standards while producing high-quality, stylish clothing that
our customers love.

In 2015, we expanded our ethical manufacturing to
China, carefully selecting factories that share our commitment to fairness and
quality. We take this responsibility seriously, personally visiting all of our
factories in China twice a year to ensure that the staff are well looked after
and that ethical standards are always maintained.
