Our mission statement has always been to provide affordable, quality, everyday pieces that will mix and match easily into their wardrobe and help women feel good about themselves.
ESTABLISHED 1993
The Beginning
Freez was established by Lisa in 1993 and quickly became a leading retailer in the South of Sydney with up to 4 stores.
In 2006, Mick joined the business and was the driving force for Freez to start their ecommerce journey 2007.
GROWING
The Brand
In 2010 Lisa developed the Freez Brand with the manufacturing journey starting in Bali and developing into China also in 2015.
In 2019 the family relocated to Queensland closing all stores in Sydney and focused on online growth and developing a wholesale division.

Our Ethical Approach
Freez prioritises ethical clothing manufacturing, working with family-run factories in Indonesia and China that provide good pay, clean conditions, and meals for their workers. We are committed to fair labour practices and regularly visit these factories to ensure proper treatment of staff.
Lisa
Having been in business over 30 years and feeling like she has made every mistake along the way, Lisa decided to mentor small business owners and help them realise their dreams of having their own fashion brand.
She works closely with them during the production phase or guiding them through their business journey.
When she is not working, Lisa enjoys family time, travel, ecommerce podcasts and playing with the family dog Buddy

Mick
Mick also known as Mr Freez - is Freez’s resident Joker. He spends his time cooking excellent food for the family, maintaining and mowing his precious lawn and making us all laugh.
Mick pushed Lisa to go online in 2007 and helped grow Freez to what it is today. He has as played many role’s from photographer, to steamer, to delivery driver. His day-to-day now focuses on picking and packing your orders, as well as playing Mr Fix It.
Bee
After working in the family business from a kid wanting to do all the ‘fun jobs’ in store she then moved on to packing orders and filling in on weekends as a teen.
After high school, Bee began studying nursing while managing customer service and a small team from their family home. Her love for the Freez community and working alongside her parents led her to take the leap and join Freez full-time.
Bee now works passionately with Lisa on everything behind the scenes, from admin and wholesale expansion to social media, where you’ll often see her in action. With a bigger team at their warehouse in Brendale, she also manages both the team and their retail store. In her downtime Bee loves to read, cook & spend time with the family.
