We try to keep our shipping fees as competitive as possible and offer a flat rate of $8 or free for orders over $150. We use either Fastway, Toll or Australia Post depending on where you are located (NB Aust Post only available for customers in the NT or for orders being sent to a P O Box).
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of the pre-order dispatch date shown.
Please Note: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order is held and dispatched altogether when the pre-order item arrives. Unfortunately Australia Post delivery delays due to Covid-19 are out of our control so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
If you require any information on the whereabouts of your order please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. You should receive a tracking number via email the day your order is dispatched and be able to track it from there.
Due to Covid-19, we are currently shipping internationally to New Zealand only and domestic orders within Australia.
Freez is an online store only. All orders can only be dispatched from our warehouse via Toll Or Aus Post.
Yes it can be, simply enter the delivery address you would like in the shipping section of your order.
Yes it can but you must choose Australia Post as your shipping option. We ship to residential, workplaces, PO Boxes and Locked Bag addresses.
No you don’t need to be home as we will put an authority to leave on your parcel if no one is there, please only choose courier if there is somewhere safe for the parcel to be left otherwise we would recommend getting it sent to a business address or with Australia Post. If you have any special instructions where you would like your parcel left then please let us know when you are placing your order in the customer notes.
