Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. We post orders with express post (recommended) at a cost of $14.95 or standard post at $9.95.
(NB PLEASE be aware standard can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location)

We attempt to dispatch all orders from our Brisbane warehouse within 1-3 days of being received - excluding public holidays, weekends and orders that have pre-order items.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
If you have purchased a pre-order item, your order will not be dispatched until the estimated date, including other items on your order.
Please note that pre orders have an estimated date per the information we receive. Pre orders may arrive a few days early or later than displayed, this is due to the fact that our shipment may be delayed. 

We try our hardest to get your pre orders dispatched at the earliest convenience however there are some issues that are out of our control. As soon as we receive our stock your pre order becomes our priority. Please allow 1-3 business days after your pre order date for processing times.

We recommend placing 2 orders if you are ordering a range of in-stock and pre-order items. Please check if you have purchased a preorder item on your order before contacting customer care if your order has not been dispatched within this date. 

DELIVERY TIMES / TRACKING:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.

Australia Post SHIPPING Date is: 

Domestic: 1-3 Business Days
International: 5-10 Business Days 

These dates are a guideline. Delivery times may differ from the suggested list above due to public holidays, weekends, adverse weather and other circumstances out of Freez’s control.

You will receive a notification via SMS/Email when your order is ready to collect. 

Please ensure all your details are correct as all orders are final and once your order is confirmed, shipping cannot be cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address and product. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address Freez will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address or size, please contact us immediately at info@freez.com.au so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you within a reasonable. Freez is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit.

Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/customs duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with your order we recommend contacting your local customs office. If such charges apply to your order and you do not wish to pay them Freez will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.

We strongly recommend that you return your items with tracking and that you keep a copy for your records. Please note that return shipping is at your expense and Freez does not issue credit for shipping costs.
