All items purchased in-store can be returned for an exchange or store credit only and can only be returned in-store, not online.

In Store Orders placed online, can be returned in store for refund - refund will be handed to the warehouse to return in 1-3 days and exchange (please note we don’t cannot guarantee we will have exchange item in store).

In Store Gift Cards Cannot Be Used Online In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, we will either repair, replace or refund depending on the severity of the fault.
