REFUND POLICY :
We refund full priced items within 30 days of purchase. Make sure your items are in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
So sorry but we DO NOT issue refunds for – Items on SALE, items purchased during a sitewide ‘flash sale’, incorrectly washed items which resulted in damage or items that have already been exchanged.
EXCHANGE POLICY :
If you wish to exchange an item (this is NOT valid on sale items sorry) then please email us info@freez.com.au or call us on 0499 219 896 to secure your item and we will confirm the item is in stock (please note exchanges are not available for our International customers sorry).
You will then pay the postage back to us and we will pay the postage back to you, please note you get one free exchange delivery per order. If you wish to exchange a 2nd time then postage will need to be paid both ways.
Exchanged items that are returned are also not valid for a refund and will be issued an online credit only.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE ?
We will process your return (refund or exchange) within 1 to 3 business days of receiving it and will confirm via email that your return has been processed.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us via email info@freez.com.au with details and a photo and we will be in touch to rectify ASAP.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Only for an online credit, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS :
Full priced items can be returned for a refund if they meet our refund policy. Exchanges are not valid on international orders sorry. Sale items can also be returned for an an online credit only.
