The Freez Distressed Jeans are our go to for so many photoshoots because they look so go with everything! A stretchy comfortable jean with distressed feel and frayed hems. They are a slim fit with mid to high rise waist. Style them with everything from sneakers to slides to heels, from a summer cami to a chunky winter knit.

When will I receive my order?

All in-stock orders are dispatched within 3 working days.

If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of the pre-order dispatch date shown.

Please Note: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order is held and dispatched altogether when the pre-order item arrives.

Shipping Information

We try to keep our shipping fees as competitive as possible and offer a flat rate of $8 or free for orders over $150. We use either Fastway, Toll or Australia Post depending on where you are located (NB Aust Post only available for customers in the NT or for orders being sent to a P O Box).

Checking on the status of your order

If you require any information on the whereabouts of your order please e-mail info@freez.com.au.

You should receive a tracking number via email the day your order is dispatched and be able to track it from there.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to Covid-19, we are currently shipping internationally to New Zealand only and domestic orders within Australia.

Freez is an online store only. All orders can only be dispatched from our warehouse via Fastway Or Aus Post.

Can my order be sent to a different address?

Yes it can be, simply enter the delivery address you would like in the shipping section of your order.

Yes we will automatically ship orders with a P O Box or Locked Bag Address via Australia Post. 

No you don’t need to be home as we will put an authority to leave on your parcel if no one is there.  If you have any special instructions where you would like your parcel left then please let us know when you are placing your order in the customer notes.  If you DO NOT wish your parcel to be left unattended please put that in the customer notes and we will send it via Australia Post and request for it to be taken to your local post office.

REFUND POLICY :

We refund full priced items within 30 days of purchase. Make sure your items are in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

So sorry but we DO NOT issue refunds for – Items on SALE, items purchased during a sitewide ‘flash sale’, incorrectly washed items which resulted in damage or items that have already been exchanged.

EXCHANGE POLICY :

If you wish to exchange an item (this is NOT valid on sale items sorry) then please email us info@freez.com.au or call us on 0499 219 896 to secure your item and we will confirm the item is in stock (please note exchanges are not available for our International customers sorry).

You will then pay the postage back to us and we will pay the postage back to you, please note you get one free exchange delivery per order. If you wish to exchange a 2nd time then postage will need to be paid both ways.
Exchanged items that are returned are also not valid for a refund and will be issued an online credit only.

HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE ?

We will process your return (refund or exchange) within 1 to 3 business days of receiving it and will confirm via email that your return has been processed.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us via email info@freez.com.au with details and a photo and we will be in touch to rectify ASAP.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?


Only for an online credit, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS :

Soft and stretchy, size down

I'm usually a mid- rise fit kinda person but found these pretty comfortable. I love the length on my 1.64m height as they graze the ankle or a little higher. Could have done with a size 7 as they tend to stretch after some time of wearing. Size 6 would have been too small. Material is soft and stretchy.
